 This module covers two of the most important aspects of the protective detail, the risk assessment, and the advance. This program lays the foundation of the protective services operation with the emphasis placed on proactive measures to reduce the risk to the principal. Students will learn the Secret Service concept of the protective detail and how realistically to modify the protective detail to work effectively in the corporate and private sector. This professional development program will focus on proactive techniques and protocols and will encompass protective choreography and response to threat tactics.
